Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.

Please note that:

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

  • Contact your bank or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
